"Although the check-in time is 4:00pm, we are offered to place the luggage at their office. The sofa bed and heater in the dinning room was out of order, they fixed the problem promptly."

"The property is perfectly located, centre, walking distance to the Louvre, notre dame and shoping centres. This property has no private parking but there are a few parking houses near. Apartment is on the first floor. Three good size bedroom with two bathrooms + living room. The electronic key is easy to use but only one person can use it and you do have to spend some time before to upload the app, and familiarize yourself with all the different keys,… the bathroom has a washer dryer option. Surprisingly clean, especially for Paris. General state of apartment was ok, quite spacious but little worn out (pictures look a bit nicer than reality)."

"Quite loud early mornings because of the traffic (but to be expected in city centre). I think the shades on windows could have been done better as there are streets lights that are very bright and directed directly at the windows so the bedrooms aren’t dark during the night. The kitchen was very badly equipped. We were 7 people, and there were not enough chairs, only 5 forks, 5 spoons and 5 knifes, not enough tea mugs, dishes,… the dishwasher did not work properly - didn’t clean well. in general kitchen insufficiently equipped. Key was a tricky one (not easy to use if there are multiple people and you would need multiple keys). Not enough towels for our stay, but at least we were able to wash them. We reserved for 7 people but there was only space prepared for 6. I am not sure where the 7th person should sleep, so three kids had to sleep in the same bed, which was not comfortable."

"Easy to commute from Gare du Nord to the property.... 5 min. walk from the subway. Only issue is that the subway station only has stairs up from the track, difficult for carrying luggage. Also, there is no elevator to the 1st floor. Loved the digital keys for accessing the building including the apartment. Location was amazing to access the various subway routes; restaurants, grocery stores.... etc. Well done! I will come back to this apartment with friends and family."
